Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policies:

Shipping Information:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 days for items that are in stock. If by chance an item is on backorder you will be notified by email with an estimated ship date. Please contact us for information regarding delivery times for special order items as estimated delivery times will vary depending on the items. Orders made after 1:00pm Friday will ship on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
To check shipping prices on an item add it to your Shopping Cart and insert the requested shipping zip code and state in the Shipping Calculator at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. Press “apply” and the shipping amount will appear next to "shipping" in your shopping cart.
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and other territories outside of the contiguous 48 States may incur additional shipping charges and longer shipping times. Please email us for details.
Returns: Returns are accepted for unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase and only after emailing us for a return authorization number. You must have a receipt and order number for a return. No items will be accepted if they have been installed or used in any way. Products damaged in shipping must be reported within 3 days of receipt. A restocking fee may be applied to the refund and original shipping fees are non refundable for all refund returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Changes and acceptations to this policy are at the sole discretion of Hipro Power, Inc. Refunds: Refunds are issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item, usually within 7 to 14 business days after receipt and processing. Once it is determined the item has not been used, opened or damaged by the customer a refund will be credited minus the original shipping fee and applicable restocking fee. Refunds will be processed by crediting back your credit card, crediting your Paypal Account or by Company Check if necessary.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be made before items have been shipped. Email us at sales@hipropower.com to cancel an order. If a product has shipped it may be returned but a restocking fee may apply depending upon the item.
Warranty:
Warranty may vary to different products. Most items have warranty information listed in the item description. Please contact us for Warranty questions or service on all other products. All warranty questions should be directed to sales@hipropower.com
Most halogen bulb items are covered under 90-days warranty for failure. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for warranty claims, we will pay for the shipping of the new/repaired item back to the customer.
Items damaged by improper installation, misuse or used in an application they are not designed for, are not covered under warranty. Items are repaired or replaced under warranty at the sole discretion of Hipro Power, Inc.
CHARGE BACKS, RETURNED CHECKS, PAYPAL DISPUTES OR CLAIMS: If you have any problem with your order or need to return or exchange an item please email us at sales@hipropower.com and give us a few days to respond. If you do not receive a response please email us again. Emails are sometimes found in the spam box and will be responded to. Unfortunately due to problems with fraud, if we receive a credit card chargeback, returned check, Paypal dispute or claim, no return will be accepted and your account will be immediately forwarded to accounting and you will be billed directly. If payment is not received within 30 days of confirmed receipt of that bill, your account will be forwarded for legal collections. Any attempts to avoid paying for the shipping charges of an order that you placed or any attempt to avoid paying restocking fees associated with a return will be considered theft and fraud and your account will be forwarded for direct billing and collections. Please be aware there is a $35.00 fee for all returned checks/payments as well as an additional $25.00 fee for all credit card charge backs, Paypal disputes or claims (regardless of the outcome). These charges will be billed directly to you as well as any interest due from the date of purchase at a rate of 16% per annum (or maximum allowed by law) on the principle. If amounts meet the legal threshold for grand theft, larceny, fraud or any crime we will also prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
